SHIPPING DESTINATION:

 

Bistrodepot currently ships to any address in the Continental United States. Street addresses are necessary since orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If you would like to ship outside the USA, please contact customer service at sales@bistrodepot.com To have the order shipped to multiple "ship to" addresses, you will need to process additional orders for each address.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES:

 

Bistrodepot has several shipment options depending on what product you are ordering. We try to offer to our customers the lowest-cost shipping methods available. Bistrodepot utilizes DHL database to figure real time rate charges for your order. For items that are 120 pounds special handling will required. This items will be shipped via Common Carrier. The shipping charge will not be shown at the time of Checkout. A customer service representative will be contacting you via email with the quote on shipping costs. Delivery of oversized or special handling orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Common Carrier takes into consideration of the price the options below and this information has to be furnished to us prior to the shipment.

   Commercial Address - defined by Common Carrier as addresses which are zoned as commercial real estate.
with loading dock -  address must have tractor trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or fork lift.
with liftgate -  address which is not equipped with loading dock and shipment need to be lowered to the ground level via liftgate.
   Residential Address - defined by Common Carrier as addresses which are zoned as residential real estate.

with liftgate - 

most residential deliveries via common carrier should choose this method. Where shipment is lowered to the ground via liftgate.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

PLEASE HAVE THE NECESSARY MANPOWER AVAILABLE AND/OR THE PROPER EQUIPMENT FOR UNLOADING MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY. TRUCK DRIVERS PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICE AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE  UNLOADING. 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

 

Most of the products we sell ship directly from our warehouses within 1-2 business days, due to our vast inventory. The average time of arrival is 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipment method selected. Exceptions, freight items or items that are made to order will be shipped at the earliest possible date.

 

 

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

 

Unfortunately, many products cannot be shipped outside of the United States. If an item can be shipped to these countries, there will be an additional shipping charge and handling fee. Please contact our customer service center at sales@bistrodepot.com for assistance.

 

ORDERS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:

 

However, every effort is made in packing and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or damaged in transit. To resolve this issue proper, we recommend the following:

1. Inspect the entire shipment for visible damage prior to accepting the delivery, and note any damage on the delivery bill of lading before delivery person leaves.
2. Verify the number of packages delivered with the packaging slip.
3. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for concealed damage. This damage must be reported and inspection requested within 5 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery. When you sign the Bill of Lading, a legal document, you are accepting the delivery in good condition.

Contact Bistrodepot customer service at dispute@bistrodepot.com to inform us of the situation. Please include your order number, shipping information and tracking number to speed up the process.

Do NOT attempt to return any item with out a prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Bistrodepot is not responsible for damaged items accepted and signed for at the time of delivery. We will pay for return shipping to our warehouse for an item that was sent to you in error, received defective, damaged in shipping, or has failed under warranty.
